Team delivery / WeightWorld portfolio
Turning market entry into a repeatable launch process
Market opportunity had to become a customer-ready offer. Teams joined local assessment, localisation, commercial setup and acquisition before scaling each launch.
5 launches · ~£2.25M cumulative net sales to Aug 2026
01 / The business challenge
What needed to change.
A new country is more than an extra advertising target. Local demand, language, the customer offer and the buying journey need to work together. The challenge was to develop new markets without treating translation or a campaign launch as the whole go-to-market plan.
Market opportunity had to become a customer-ready offer. Teams joined local assessment, localisation, commercial setup and acquisition before scaling each launch.
02 / How the teams delivered
Connected work.
Clear ownership.
Assess the opportunity
Teams connected market opportunity with entry planning and the commercial setup. The sequence considered what would make the offer relevant and whether the business was ready to serve the new audience.
Localise the customer journey
Localisation and channel delivery were joined with launch readiness. Customer-facing work had to connect the offer, acquisition activity and conversion journey for each market.
Launch, learn and scale
The process moved from opportunity to entry, then acquisition, conversion and scale. Teams reviewed the performance of new markets as part of the wider portfolio rather than treating each launch as an isolated event.
03 / Result and measurement
What the outcome shows.
Ireland launched in April 2025; Poland and Portugal in November 2025; Finland in December 2025; and the USA in June 2026. Together, the five markets generated approximately £2.25M in cumulative net sales to August 2026 and around £301K in August 2026. The markets had different launch dates and therefore different trading periods.
Results are reported by the team and have not been independently audited by this website. This historical work involved members of today’s XnMark team within agency or in-house structures. The result is shared delivery experience, rather than a claim that the organisation was contracted to XnMark.
04 / Why the experience matters
Use the lesson.
Keep your own baseline.
International growth becomes more practical when each dependency has an owner. The language, offer, customer journey and channel plan need to meet before spend increases. Experience in these countries demonstrates delivery contexts; it does not limit the markets XnMark can assess and support.
For your business, we would first review the goal, current performance and the information available. Then we would agree the delivery scope and who will implement each part. The measurement plan should explain the baseline, reporting period and definition of success. A historical result can help you understand our experience; it cannot replace that assessment or act as your forecast.
Our delivery can support one focused channel or a broader growth programme. We agree outputs, responsibilities, fees and review points before work starts, including the dependencies that sit with your existing team.
