Team delivery / WeightWorld
Scaling DTC by connecting every growth decision
An established international wellness portfolio needed acquisition, conversion, retention and commercial planning to move together. The teams connected channel delivery with the economics of growth.

01 / The business challenge
What needed to change.
Different markets had different customer acquisition costs, product demand and trading conditions. Increasing spend alone could not answer every scaling challenge. Teams needed to understand whether a gap came from demand, conversion, customer value, stock or the commercial plan, then decide what to change without losing sight of gross profit.

02 / How the teams delivered
Connected work.
Clear ownership.
Connect the commercial review
Paid media, CRM, SEO, content, affiliates and influencers worked against the same target, actual performance, forecast and gap. This made channel activity part of a shared business review rather than a collection of disconnected reports.
Give each gap an owner
For each performance gap, the review connected a diagnosis with an action, an owner and a date. Promotions, spend and stock were considered together so that the next campaign decision reflected what the business could deliver.
Build the next layer of growth
The teams developed customer lifecycle automation, a structured creator programme and new market launches alongside acquisition. These became repeatable capabilities supporting a broader growth plan.
03 / Result and measurement
What the outcome shows.
Monthly DTC net sales increased from approximately £1.91M in October 2024 to £3.50M in August 2026: about 83% growth. The original eight markets contributed approximately £3.19M in August 2026, with newer markets contributing roughly £301K. These are portfolio observations, not a claim that any single channel caused the full increase.
Additional year-on-year observations
2024–25 versus 2025–26. Separately reported measures; their bases are not yet reconciled. They are not combined to explain the monthly net-sales comparison.
Results are reported by the team and have not been independently audited by this website. This historical work involved members of today’s XnMark team within agency or in-house structures. The result is shared delivery experience, rather than a claim that the organisation was contracted to XnMark.
04 / Why the experience matters
Use the lesson.
Keep your own baseline.
The useful lesson is the connection between channel decisions and business decisions. A rising acquisition cost may call for a better product offer, a conversion change or stronger repeat purchase as well as campaign optimisation. Teams make better choices when they can see the same commercial priorities and know which action they own.
For your business, we would first review the goal, current performance and the information available. Then we would agree the delivery scope and who will implement each part. The measurement plan should explain the baseline, reporting period and definition of success. A historical result can help you understand our experience; it cannot replace that assessment or act as your forecast.
Our delivery can support one focused channel or a broader growth programme. We agree outputs, responsibilities, fees and review points before work starts, including the dependencies that sit with your existing team.
Frequently asked questions
What does the 83% growth measure?
Monthly DTC net sales across the reported portfolio: approximately £1.91M in October 2024 versus £3.50M in August 2026. It is a comparison of two reported observations, not a monthly time series.
What was the year-on-year result?
For 2024–25 versus 2025–26, the reported figures are 32% revenue growth, 20% order growth and 23% AOV growth. Their measurement bases have not yet been reconciled, so we show them separately and do not calculate a combined result.
Is the £4M figure the same result?
No. A £4M+ monthly revenue pace was separately reported in 2026. Its precise month and sales basis are not presented here; it is not substituted for August 2026 DTC net sales.
Was this delivered through XnMark contracts?
This case draws on historical in-house team delivery involving members of today’s XnMark team. The experience informs our delivery approach; the project context is retained.
