Privacy notice

XnMark operates this website. For privacy questions, contact contact@xnmark.com or write to 2024 McDaniel Mill Rd SW, Conyers, GA 30094, USA.

Information you share with us

Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, business or website name and the challenge you describe. A full enquiry form may also ask which markets interest you. We use these details to respond, assess the work and discuss a potential engagement. Please avoid sending passwords, customer records or confidential campaign data through the enquiry form. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website visits and security

Our hosting and website systems process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request times and error information. Enquiry abuse checks use a temporary, keyed rate-limit identifier rather than recording your raw IP address in the enquiry record. Website administration uses authentication and security storage. Your cookie choice is remembered separately from optional analytics.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures website visits, page views and selected interactions such as opening an enquiry, starting a form and a successfully saved enquiry. We remove query strings and fragments from the page address sent by our analytics integration and do not send enquiry fields, email addresses, names or receipt tokens. Google may process device, browser and network information as part of providing Analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are not enabled by this integration. Preview testing is separated by a preview_test label and is normally switched off.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to take steps you request before a possible contract and to respond to business communications. We use necessary technical information for the legitimate interests of operating and protecting the website. Optional analytics relies on your permission. Applicable rights and legal bases depend on where you are and the circumstances; you can contact us for information about your request.

Providers and access

Authorised team members may access enquiries to respond and deliver the agreed work. The website is hosted with Hostinger. Enquiries are saved privately in WordPress and notifications are delivered through Google Workspace email. Google Analytics receives optional visit and event data only when analytics is allowed. Service providers and their infrastructure may process information outside your country. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry. We do not publish enquiry information or use the form to sell your personal information.

How long information is kept

We keep unsuccessful enquiries for 12 months after our last contact, then review and remove them unless we need to retain specific information for a legal obligation or dispute. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, relevant information becomes part of the client record and is kept according to the contract and applicable record-keeping requirements. This review covers the private WordPress enquiry record and related email copies; restricted hosting backups expire through the backup provider’s retention process. Your consent preference expires after six months, at which point we ask again. You can change it earlier through Cookie settings.

Your choices and rights

You can decline analytics and still browse or send an enquiry. Open Cookie settings to allow or withdraw analytics permission. Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain uses, and raise a concern with a privacy regulator. Contact contact@xnmark.com; we may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant records. Withdrawal does not change processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Comments, media and external websites

If comments are available on an article, WordPress processes the comment details, IP address and browser information for moderation. Akismet may check comments for spam, and Gravatar may receive a hash of a commenter’s email to provide an avatar. Approved comments can be public. Links to other sites have their own privacy practices. If third-party media is embedded, its provider may process information when the media loads; optional embeds should be withheld until the appropriate choice is made.

Updates

We update this notice when website tools or practices change. The cookie notice describes the storage used by this integration.
